Rustic Roast was established in 2020 by two best friends, Kim and Tori. The idea was birthed after they began a discussion about being able to take Kim’s 20+ years of coffee experience and Tori’s love for customer service and create a space that fosters community and provides quality beverages. 

Places “where everyone knows your name” were slowly disappearing to the corporations of fast and convenient. They wanted to bring back the environment that always feels like home and you would leave encouraged and ready for the day. 

Opening in 2020 became a bigger challenge than expected. Learning how to install an espresso machine over FaceTime, battling exorbitant food costs, and navigating new health regulations to keep staff and patrons safe. 

It is only with the incredible support of our community that we are still standing today.
